Healthy Pumpkin Muffins, mmm 😋

Love chocolate or just want to kick these up a notch?  Fold in up to ¾ cup chocolate chips, chopped dried cranberries or crystallized ginger and/or chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts.

MAKE IT EGG FREE: Make with flax eggs.
MAKE IT VEGAN: Use maple syrup, flax eggs and non-dairy milk.
MAKE IT DAIRY FREE: Use lactose free milk or your non-dairy milk of choice.
MAKE IT GLUTEN FREE: Use gluten free flour, instead of the whole wheat flour.
MAKE IT OAT FREE: Simply omit the oats.
MAKE IT LOWER IN FAT: Replace the oil with applesauce, I promise you wont even notice a difference 🙂
