Description: New meditators will find their most suitable sitting posture and will be taught a basic breath meditation technique. You will learn meditation as a technique for liberation as well as experiencing it as the highest state of consciousness. You will also be instructed into a walking meditation between sitting meditation periods. You will leave this workshop with the basic tools and inspiration to continue a daily meditation practice.
